THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING A LOAN
1. APPLICATION PROCESS
Think of this as formally requesting a loan. Submit a comprehensive form detailing why you need the money, your ability to pay, and other relevant information.
2. REVIEW AND APPROVAL
Once you have submitted your loan request, our team will review it. They will look at your financial history, credworthiness, and the purpose of the loan.
3. LOAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
After approval, you will get a document laying out the terms. This includes how much you are getting, the interest rate, and how you are supposed to pay it back.
4. START LOAN
Once you are approved, you officially start the loan process. This involves signing some paperwork and and finalizing the details.
5. DOCUMENT COLLECTION
As part of the process, you will need to provide documents to back up the info you provided in your application.
6. UNDERWRITING
Underwriting is a thorough check of your financial situation to assess risk.
7. CLOSE LOAN
After successfully managing the loan, you will reach the point of closing it. This involves settling any remaining financial matters, finishing up paperwork, and acknowledging that you have fulfilled the terms of the loan.
8. DISBURSEMENT AND REPAYMENT
Once everything is completed, the loan money will be released into escrow.
