THE 6 CRITICAL DOCUMENTS FOR WORKING WITH CARDINAL HOMES DESIGN GROUP

When working with CHDG, the following 6 documents are what we have every contractor fill out during the process of working with us on each project. We do this, not for control, but so that you know our obligation to you and yours to us. We do this as part of our system so all parties involved in the project are not caught off guard with any unknowns. Here at CHDG, we love paying contractors, because when we pay you that means we are that much closer to completing this project and finding a owner for this home.

Upon selection of the project, CHDG will send you pre-filled out forms with project specific information. Please complete, sign and return to scottadkin@cardinalhomesdesigngroup.com, if not completed in person with CHDG.
